Had a lovely stay for one night, it met expectations.

The staff were accommodating, they told us about bars and restaurants which were located walking distance to the hotel. Its location was central, a short walk to Christian Science Church. Good restaurant served local specialities.

It's little place to stay 1 km away from D & d s & s Club. The staff is efficient as well as hotel's host. The location is central.

I had wonderful days staying at this small hotel. Everything was good, peaceful location to the lake, the staff were courteous. In my superior queen room I had an ironing set, coffee/tea making equipment and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

We enjoyed the central location and how spotless the place was kept.

Had pleasant stay for one night. Had brand-new, immaculate room with the coffee in the room didnt taste great, good facilities, modern decor.

We loved being there. The beds were quite uncomfortable here, nonetheless it was a good stay all in all. The staff was lovely and host too.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy.

Staff polite there, the hotel was spotless. Good sized beds, an iron and a TV set were a nice touch. Good food in the restaurants such as Hooked, located 5 min away.

The venue's staff and rooms were very good! I enjoyed the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Essentials that you need, such as central heating, an iron and ironing board, were there.

Nothing too much trouble, I had an AMAZING stay and would return there. Most staff were genuine, nicely furnished rooms. The breakfast had lots of delicious options, and was varied. I got free upgrade and loved it. Handy location to Cook House Gallery. Easy check-in, smooth check-out.

Functional hotel, brilliant service & sympathetic staff. There was an awesome restaurant, supermarkets and shops next door. My room was gorgeous and warm, I loved it. The continental breakfast was free, there were bacon and eggs.

Incredible breakfast with a great selection of options, perfect and very clean place. We loved to have evening drinks at Brown Sugar, based nearby. The beds are very comfy. The owner upon arrival was friendly...

Room met all requests. Windermere is really close to the hotel. Position easy walk to everything we need, like cook house gallery;)))

The hotel was within short walking distance to orrest head viewpoint and near Windermere Library. Perfect for city break.
